With a 9,000 m² pond right in front of this self-catering gîte, relaxing and shoeing fish will be the order of the day during your stay. Located in the heart of the Mauges at Le Fuilet, there are many tourist and natural sites to discover nearby: the potter's house at Le Fuilet (with workshops for children), visits to the many charming villages (Saint-Florent-le-Vieil 20 mins away, Champtoceaux 16 mins away, Montjean-sur-Loire 35 mins away), walks along the "fil de l'Evre" (100km footpath along the Evre Valley) or along the Loire with its "La Loire à vélo" route (with a refreshing break in one of the guinguettes open in season). For family outings, there are plenty of activities on offer in Cholet, just 40 minutes away: l'autre Usine (go-karting, bowling, karaoke, laser game, billiards, escape game, football, volleyball, basketball, etc.) and the Glisseo complex (swimming pools with slides and ice rink). Nantes (with its famous machines and its Château des Ducs de Bretagne) is 45 minutes away and Angers (with its Château des Ducs d'Anjou, its historic city centre and Terra Botanica) is 50 minutes away.
This entirely single-storey gîte is a renovated, detached former farmhouse. It comprises a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a small lounge with a cosy fireplace. There are two bedrooms: the first with a 140cm x 190cm bed and the second with two 140cm x 190cm beds. A shower room with walk-in shower and separate WC complete the gîte.
Fishing enthusiasts will love the outdoors! The pond is ideal for catching all kinds of fish: tench, pike-perch, pike and roach. Two garden lounges, a barbecue and deckchairs are available for sunny days and outdoor meals overlooking the pond. For children: two swings available.
