Bordered by a footpath and located right next to the forest, this gîte is ideal for those looking for the opportunity to go hiking, mountain biking or horse-riding, as the La Tesnière riding centre is on the footpath.
The gîte comprises :
Ground floor: spacious living room with dining area, open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen and sitting room with wood-burning stove, ideal for an evening by the fire. Adjoining this room is a master suite with a 140cm x 190cm bed, a shower room with walk-in shower and WC. There is also a separate WC and a utility room (washing machine and tumble dryer) on the ground floor.
Upstairs: two bedrooms, each with 3 single beds (90cm x 190cm). A small 5m² Carrez room (7.7m² floor area) with two single beds (90cm x 190cm) can be used as additional sleeping accommodation on request. A bathroom with shower and WC completes the first floor.
