On site, everything is designed and equipped to ensure that no-one, young or old, will be bored.
Outside, there's a beautifully landscaped garden, a play structure with swings, a trampoline and a basketball hoop, a large covered area with a heated swimming pool and a 5-seater spa, as well as plenty of places to relax or eat.
Inside, there's a big screen TV, home cinema, Playstation, a collection of DVDs, a Netflix account, a Game Room with a reversible air hockey or table tennis pool table, an arcade, old and new generation pinball machines, karaoke equipment... Beware, some of you won't want to leave!
The gîte is on the ground floor with 95m² of living space:

In Moranne-sur-Sarthe, 5 minutes away, discover the banks of the river Sarthe or the river Loir in Durtal. Take a canoe, kayak, paddle or cruise boat trip. Le Mans 24-hour race circuit 50 minutes away. Espace Air Passion" aviation museum 20 minutes away.
Heated, secure swimming pool (5 x 10 m / 1.10 to 2 m deep), open from March to November. Baby equipment (folding bed, high chair, booster seat, bath, changing table, potty, etc.). Two single beds available on request.
