Situated 1 km from Denée, a small town full of character and close to the Loire and its châteaux, in the vineyards of the Loire Valley, our gîte, a building that bears witness to times gone by, welcomes you for your well-being and to enjoy the pleasures of nature (peace, greenery, walks etc...).
In the small hamlet of "solbré", our accommodation is located 5 km from the centre of Mozé in the direction of Denée (1 km from the shops).
Situated 15 minutes from Angers, in a peaceful setting in the heart of the vineyards, this former farm building has been renovated and equipped to offer you peace, charm and comfort. Surface area: 110 m2.
On the ground floor, fully accessible to people with reduced mobility, a bedroom with 160 x 200cm bed and shower room with WC, equipped with transfer bars. Kitchen in a large living room with sitting room (90 cm doorways giving free access to the two terraces) and separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds 90 x 190cm. Shower room with WC.
The gîte is set in enclosed, secure grounds with private parking.
Additional charges: electricity over 8 kwh/day, electric underfloor heating on the ground floor and electric heating upstairs.
The exclusive use of the property as a furnished holiday home therefore implies not only that no use other than that intended is made of the property, but also that the premises are actually occupied in accordance with the intended use.
Rental of furnished accommodation for tourism; parties/events are not permitted, nor are sleeping bags.
The gîte does not have a wi-fi internet connection.
We've created a gîte that's bright and welcoming. The windows overlook the bucolic Anjou countryside. All year round, you can take full advantage of these assets.
Take the time to relax and dine al fresco on the south-facing terrace, and in summer, enjoy a cool dip on the north-facing terrace.
