Completely renovated, this charming 19th-century house is a historic building situated on the banks of the Loire, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The living area is very light and airy thanks to its large windows, and offers unobstructed views of the Loire. The décor is modern, colourful and very harmonious. The kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, Nespresso capsule machine, dishwasher, etc.) and features a large window opening onto the garden.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious entrance hall with storage. There is also a toilet and a shower room with a shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and washing machine.
Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms: one with a 140 x 190 cm bed (view of the Loire) and the other with two 90 x 190 cm beds. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV and storage space.
Outside, you can enjoy two terraces facing different directions – one south-facing and the other north-facing – allowing you to make the most of the outdoors depending on the sun and the time of day. The north-facing terrace, accessible from the living room, offers a breathtaking view of the Loire. You can reach the river by crossing a small road – ideal for anglers.
The terrace is equipped with sun loungers, a barbecue, garden furniture and a parasol. Everything you need for a relaxing moment in peaceful surroundings.
Things to discover during your stay in Liré: walks along the Loire, on foot or by bike (thanks to the towpaths and the ‘Loire à Vélo’ cycle routes), or a boat trip on the river. You can also explore the nearby vineyards and the picturesque local villages...
The holiday cottage is semi-detached on the east side.
Two other holiday cottages are located on the same site, ideal if you’re travelling in a larger group or for a corporate retreat, whilst still enjoying separate accommodation. For a truly stress-free holiday, the rate includes bed linen, made-up beds, towels and household linen.
