In this unspoilt environment of the Basses Vallées Angevine (classified Natura 2000), there are many 'nature' activities: the banks of the Loir are 150m from the house, offering you the chance to go for lovely walks along the towpath, on foot, by bike or on horseback. The owners offer 2 canoes with life jackets. The Vallée du Loir à Vélo cycle route links Chartres and Angers and passes right by the gîte. You can also visit La Flèche zoo 40 minutes away and Terra Botanica 20 minutes away.

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a lounge with an arcade game, table football, billiards, a frog game, a connected speaker, etc. The veranda can accommodate meals for 10 to 12 people. WC and storage space.
At night, 5 bedrooms spread over 2 levels:
1st floor:
- 1 suite with a 140x190cm bed and en-suite shower room with toilet and shower.
- 2 bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed and television. The blue bedroom can be converted into a "video games" lounge, ideal for enthusiasts, or into a classic bedroom, depending on demand.
- 1 bathroom with shower, double washbasin and wc
2nd floor:
- 1 small bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm (11.70m² floor area and 8.2 at 1.80m)
- 1 small bedroom with 1 bed 140x190cm (9.50m² on the floor and 7 at 1.80m)
- 1 bathroom with shower and wc
For the adventurous, 3 beds are also available in the barrel for an unusual night in the garden!
Outside, there are two lovely terraces with garden furniture for meals, a relaxing lounge, a petanque area and a fully private, heated swimming pool open from May to the end of September (weather permitting).
Enclosed, secure garden. Bicycle shed. Parking for 3 to 4 vehicles. 1 pet allowed. All-inclusive service: beds made, towels available, end-of-stay cleaning provided. Folding bed and high chair available.
