Your stay will be an opportunity to discover the Loire, the longest wild river in Europe, its fauna and flora, its many guinguettes open in season and its famous Loire cycle route, just 3.8 km from the gîte.
The entrance to the gîte is through a fully-equipped kitchen, with everything you need to cook delicious meals. It opens onto a bright and welcoming living room with a decorative wood-burning stove. A small corridor leads to : - a double bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed, dressing area and wall storage - a second, smaller bedroom (7.2m²) with a bunk bed (140cm x 190cm downstairs and 90cm x 190cm upstairs) - a shower room with walk-in shower, double washbasin and toilet.
Enjoy the private terrace and garden on sunny days! Barbecue, molky and deckchairs while admiring the exceptional view will punctuate your stay. Private parking at the gîte makes it easy to unload your suitcases. The wine-growing owners will be delighted to show you around their estate, located 7 km from the gîte. The gîte is adjoined by another property, with a balustrade separating the two terraces, which are not on the same level, as the terrace of this gîte is on a higher level. The market town of Rochefort sur Loire is within walking distance, and there are plenty of shops.
