Next door is a 12m² bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed, storage space and television. The bathroom has a washbasin and walk-in shower. There is a separate toilet.
Outside, you can relax on the terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol.
There are 2 other gîtes on the property (ref: H49G021263 and H49G021267). If you book all three gîtes, you can accommodate up to 12 people on site! A function room is also available on site and can be hired on request.
There is a laundry room shared by all three gîtes, with a tumble dryer and washing machine.
You'll be 5 minutes from the banks of the Sèvre, 10 minutes from Tiffauges castle, 15 minutes from Cholet, 25 minutes from Clisson, 50 minutes from Nantes and 1 hour from Angers. Take advantage of your stay to visit the major tourist attractions in and around the Mauges: Le Puy du Fou is 20 minutes away, the Oriental Park at Maulévrier, the Camifolia gardens, the Museum of Crafts and Fashion, etc. Hiking in the area.
