Whether you're an angler or a cyclist, the Loire by Bike route is right on the doorstep, and there are plenty of walks and cycle rides along Europe's longest untamed river. Enthusiasts and those curious about wine tourism will also be delighted by the diversity of wines from the Anjou region: Coteaux du Layon, Anjou rouge, Savennières, Crémant de Loire... To be enjoyed in moderation!
This single-storey gîte (49m²) adjoins the owners' house. It opens onto the living room, which has two areas: a dining room and a relaxing lounge with sofa, TV and a working fireplace (perfect for evenings reading by the fire). Access to the fitted kitchen and shower room is via 2 steps. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas and electric hob, microwave and washing machine. Accessible from the kitchen, shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and heated towel rail. Separate WC.
From the lounge, you can access the spacious bedroom with two beds: 1 x 140cm x 190cm bed and 1 x 90cm x 190cm bed. For your convenience, beds will be made up on arrival.
There is a private outdoor area (accessible via the kitchen) with a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue overlooking the countryside and a lawn area not overlooked. On-site parking and locked bicycle storage. Baby equipment: cot and high chair on request. Utilities included.
