Welcome to the Gîte de l'Aubinière, a haven of peace just outside Angers (12 minutes away), ideal for couples or families. Just 10 minutes from the banks of the Loire and 1.3 km from a village with a bakery, grocery shop and chemist, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside while staying close to everything. Created in 2025 in an Anjou farmhouse, this gite with its own entrance has a private garden overlooking the property where you can enjoy sunny moments (barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs). Wooded grounds of 2 hectares with pond, vegetable garden and animals: sheep, chickens, ducks. The perfect place to recharge your batteries, discover the Anjou region and share some simple moments in the heart of nature. All on one level except for the attic mezzanine, perfect for children: - bedroom opening onto the garden with washbasin, 1 double bed 160x200cm (or 2 single beds 80x200cm) - living room with comfortable sofa bed (140x190cm). The living room can be separated from the kitchen by a blackout curtain if the sofa bed is used. - shower room (shower, washbasin, hairdryer) - separate WC - fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, small fridge, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, multi-function food processor, hand blender, induction hob, oven, etc.) - attic sleeping area (2 beds 80x190 or 1 bed 160x190) Connected electric heating and wood-burning stove for cosy winter evenings. Other facilities: connected TV (international channels), DVD player, washing machine, private parking, baby seat and cot provided on request, fan in every room, barbecue (charcoal provided). For your comfort, everything is included in the gite: towels, tea towels and sheets provided, cleaning included, wood provided.
