The 35m² terrace in front of the gîte is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol and a plancha. This private outdoor space gives access to the 33m² living area. Here you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 6 and a lounge with corner sofa and television.
On the ground floor, there is a shower room with walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet, as well as a first bedroom with a 140x190cm bed.
Upstairs is a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a small 8.30m² bedroom with 2 90x190cm beds.
No towels provided. Large private car park secured by a gate. Wifi internet connection.
The gîte can be rented at the same time as the Grand gîte de la Tiboire which sleeps 8 (ref H49G021250). The two gîtes are adjoining and can be connected on request. A 36m² reception room is also available if you rent the whole property.
At the foot of the gîte is the footpath leading down to the Sèvre Nantaise for some great walks. The Puy du Fou is 30 minutes away.
During your stay, take the opportunity to discover the surrounding area, with its many sights and places of interest: Nantes and the Machines de l'ïle, Clisson and the Italian town, Tiffauges and Bluebeard's castle, Cholet and the Vendée wars museum, Maulévrier and the Japanese garden, the zoo at La Boissière du Doré, Camifolia in Chemillé en Anjou, then Angers. Not forgetting the vineyards of Anjou and Muscadet!
You'll be 15 minutes from Clisson, 20 minutes from Cholet, 30 minutes from the Puy du Fou, 35 minutes from Nantes, and 1h30 from the Atlantic coast.
The famous Hellfest festival in Clisson (second half of June) is a 15-minute drive from the gîte.
