The terrace in front of the gîte is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and a plancha. Also available: petanque pitch and a few bikes (adults and teenagers). This private outdoor space gives access to the 25m² living area. Here you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 8 people. Next door is a 16m² lounge with a corner sofa (convertible into a double bed), armchair and television. On the ground floor, you'll find a shower room with walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet, as well as a first bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and television. There is also a windowless room with two 90x190cm beds on the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are two small en-suite bedrooms, the first measuring 8.70m² with 2 beds 90x190cm and the second measuring 8.50m² with a bed 140x190cm and a small en-suite shower room (wc, small vanity unit and shower).

This gîte can be rented at the same time as the Petit gîte de la Tiboire, which sleeps 6 people (ref H49G021249). The two gîtes are adjoining and can be joined together on request.
At the foot of the gîte is the footpath leading down to the Sèvre Nantaise.
You are 15 minutes from Clisson, 20 minutes from Cholet, 30 minutes from the Puy du Fou, 35 minutes from Nantes and 1h30 from the Atlantic coast.
The famous Hellfest festival (second half of June) is a 15-minute drive from the gîte.
