À footTaking the GR3, GR36 or short hiking trailsThere are several options for exploring the park on foot. The first is to follow the GR3 Sentier de Loire, a trail along the Loire that crosses the PNR from Blaison-Saint-Sulpice in Anjou to Savonni in Touraine, passing through Chalonnes-sur-Loire, Saumur and Fontevraud-l'Abbaye. The second option is the GR36, which criss-crosses France from the Channel to the Pyrenees. It crosses the path of the Parc Naturel Régional de La Pellerine à Montreuil-Bellay en Anjou. There are also numerous short hiking trails and covered tours on the Loire-Anjou-Touraine Park site, enough to satisfy both seasoned and novice hikers. |

À véloFollowing the Loire à Vélo or the Vélo Francette Two major cycle routes cross the Loire-Anjou-Touraine Regional Nature Park, the Loire Vélo, which runs along the Loire from west to east between Trélazé (near Angers) in Anjou and Savonnière in Touraine. The V&eute;lo Francette also covers the Parc de Trélazé à Montreuil-Bellay, heading south à Saumur. The Park's official website also offers a number of walking routes for individuals, couples, families or friends, lasting from a few hours to several days.
